Reiki is a non-invasive and relaxing method to bring the body’s energy centers in alignment with each other.
Our energy centers can get out of alignment due to stress, trauma, and physical ailments. With Reiki, we find these energy blocks and clear them so that you can feel in emotional and mental balance again.

What is a Reiki Session?
A Reiki session requires you to lie down on a table in a dim lit room with soft music playing in the background. I will gently touch some areas of your body, such as toes, hands and face for a few moments, but most of the work is done just above your body.
The goal is to get you in such a relaxed state so that I can properly read your body’s energy centers (Chakras) and clear any blockages. I then slowly bring you back into your normal state and we discuss what I found. Some examples of energy findings are being conflicted about a new venture, being afraid of speaking your truth, and recognizing love and gratitude for the first time.
A typical session lasts about 60 minutes, with 45 minutes being spent on the actual session and 15 minutes for findings and consultation questions.
Is Reiki right for me?
