About Nina Mancuso

Hello! My name is Nina Mancuso and I am a Certified Nutritional Health Coach, Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner, and Reiki I and II Practitioner. I am also an aerialist on my free time and I love to hike, garden, do puzzles and explore.

I never knew I was going to be a healer. This life path has definitely been a pleasant surprise though. All I know is that I started seeing a Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner, Dr. Brian J. Foley, at the beginning of 2022 because I had yet another stye. I had been seeing specialists for my styes for years, but not one of them believed me when I told them that I believe they have something to do with my hormones. I also felt overwhelmingly terrible for a 32 year old woman with no children. Luckily, my frustration led me to Dr. Foley and he started my journey to better health.

Within six months of my journey, I had lost twenty pounds and I had an active metabolism. I have never had a working metabolism at any point during my entire life. I always bounced around between diets only to lose and gain weight. I have now maintained a healthy weight over the last two years, with very little fluctuations. I have my energy back and I am ready to help everyone else get the kinds of results that I know are possible.

I was actually working in the software industry during that time, but I was included in the mass layoffs of 2023 that left me wondering if I even wanted to get another job in software. I ran a Technical Publications department for 10 years then built one from scratch for a corporate conglomerate in in Nashville, Tennessee. I remember feeling like I was living my dream, only to have the realization that that job did not make me happy exactly one week before I got laid off.

I then had an excellent time not working for a while, but I did start taking Nutrition Response Testing courses because even though I did not know if I would transition into that field, I knew that I needed the knowledge.

And here we are today. I am a Certified Nutritional Health Coach, Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner at the Health and Wellness Center in Brentwood, Tennessee, and a Reiki I and II Healer.

I guess life always had this route planned for me, and I am more than ok with it!
